9. The Dudley Boyz Vs. The Hardy Boyz Vs. Edge/Christian (WrestleMania X-Seven)
When all three duos plunged from ladders and splattered through tables at the previous WrestleMania, the entire ordeal was heralded rightfully as a show-stealer. The new formula of car-crash combat was better implemented at SummerSlam that year, faster paced and with a slicker sheen. The WrestleMania X-Seven rendition of 'Tables, Ladders, and Chairs' rivals the SummerSlam battle in the sparse class of insanity done perfect.
Two enduring images, one of Edge spearing Jeff Hardy off of a skyhook, and the other of Matt Hardy and Bubba Ray Dudley reducing four tables into instant splinters, resonated most in a match where the chaos was perpetual. A TLC match must be both elaborate and hold the viewer's attention at all times. More than most others of the genre, this one did both.
