For the longest time, WWE fans have found themselves simply getting exhausted by the promotion's need to over-stuff certain stipulation-centric PPVs with the titular matches. By suddenly moving one of the cage matches to SmackDown on Friday and adding another one (for reasons?) to Monday Night Raw.

Clearly, somebody either wanted to get their money's worth out of the garish red box this year, or WWE had some serious making up to do to a certain USA Network...

But now that Hell in a Cell is firmly in the rear-view mirror, ANOTHER stip-show spectacular is on the horizon as Money in the Bank and the first official post-ThunderDome PPV hits our screens on July 18. So, WWE wasted little time in setting the stage for one of the biggest wrestling nights in recent history. On Monday Night Raw alone, John Morrison, Ricochet, Riddle, (Super) Nikki Cross, Alexa Bliss, Naomi, and Asuka all qualified for the titular ladder match, with the latter pair's entry coming at the expense of some Eva Marie Doudrop dissension... just one week into their unlikely partnership. *sigh*

The aforementioned SmackDown cell contest also saw Roman Reigns successfully defend the custody of Dominick Mysterio against his father Rey... oh, and he held onto the Universal Championship too.

If all that information pumped into your brain over the last seven days is simply too much to process at this moment in time, have no fear. Xavier Woods took to Instagram this week to lighten the mood...
