Ladder matches are insane these day. The wrestlers are literally throwing ladders into each other's faces, and they're diving off of them onto tables. But back in the day, a ladder match consisted of a single, heavy, regulation ladder (a wrestler would get killed if an opponent chucked this at him), and nothing more. This shot of Shawn Michaels splashing Razor Ramon at Wrestlemania X seems quaintly tame by today's standards. But context is important; 20 years ago, this was insane, dangerous, groundbreaking stuff.
