11. Suppose That Ankle Isn't Broken Any More Then...

It seemed to be a case of business as usual as Rusev came to the ring with his foot in a protective boot and on crutches. However, things soon changed as he assaulted The Show Off with his crutches before super kicking his head off. 

Rusev suffered what the company described as a "lower leg injury" during the SmackDown before Elimination Chamber and was expected to be out for a little while longer yet. 

It all escalated very quickly in one of those story line 'traps' that are used so often in WWE.
