Mere minutes into the fight, Takahashi gets up on the apron and holds Tanahashi back for Omega, but Omega refuses to hit his opponent, instead calling his Bullet Club comrades over for a chat. Omega says to Takahashi and Cody Hall, "The smart makes are gonna hate me. I have to do this on my own: you have to trust me." Hall and Takahashi then head to the back, with Hall in particular having a hilariously bemused look on his face. Was Kenny Omega just...honourable?
