It was really a perfect heel move on Omega's part in sending Hall and Takahashi away from the ring earlier: it lulled Tanahashi into a false sense of security, such that neither he nor the fans then expected Omega to take the dishonourable way out. The Bucks later tweeted a picture of themselves underneath the ring, with the caption, "We always got your back Kenny. Even if we have to hide under a ring for 25 minutes". The pair later followed up with this hilarious image of them watching NJPW World while under the ring during the match. Amazing.
