Wrestling fans the world over cringed when Eric Young nailed Kurt Angle with an absolutely devastating piledriver that pretty much looked like it killed him. Considering Angle's well-documented neck problems in the past, this one was really tough to watch, all the more so because this was Kurt's final TNA match, and if anything bad was going to happen, irony would dictate it to be during this match. Instead the piledriver was used to basically kill time during the match, with medics then attending to Kurt for a few minutes and ultimately deciding to remove him from the ringside area. A lot of these fake injuries aren't at all convincing, but this one looked savage on TV and totally worked.
