3 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Rampage (Sept 15)

2. Not Worth The Time

AEW has dropped the ball with The Acclaimed since taking the Tag-Team Titles from them. Sure, the Trios Titles were an olive branch, but they just don't mean as much, and no amount of scissoring is ever going to change that. Now, Anthony Bowens, Max Caster and Billy Gunn are working opposite The Dark Order.

Thrilling.

That's another relegation for The Acclaimed, in this writer's opinion. He has zero desire to see John Silver, Evil Uno and Alex Reynolds scrap for those belts right now, especially if that's going to be served up on the next pay-per-view. The entire premise of The Order vying for those titles is pretty meh.

The Acclaimed's comedy rap and post-match antics fell flatter than usual, and there's something so played out on The Dark Order's side. Everyone concerned better hope their matches pull the nose up as a surprise package, because this setup sucked.
