Dana Brooke got absolutely hammered by Bayley last week in one of those champion vs. jobber-to-the-stars matches wrestling is so fond of when killing time between feuds is a priority. It was fine for what it was, and yet there was zero clamouring from fans to see a rematch on this week's show.

Obviously, that's what WWE did.

Bayley and Dana got another four minutes to show their wares, and they tried their best. The problem here is that nobody took Brooke seriously as a threat to Bayley, and everyone knows Dana will be cycled out of the feud quickly now Lacey Evans is clearly the top contender for that SmackDown Women's Title.

It wouldn't have been difficult for WWE to put Sasha in there against Dana instead, and have her decisively beat Brooke before the heels kick her ass and cause a babyface run in from Lacey. The whole rematch deal was lazy.
