WWE had a great year for in-ring action, and many different people will have different bouts standing at the top of their Match of the Year lists. For most of those, the debut of a once-in-a-lifetime talent going up against the underground hero will be number one.

At NXT TakeOver: Dallas, Shinsuke Nakamura arrived in WWE to take on Sami Zayn, in a match that is every bit as magical today as it was back in the spring. Nakamura picked up the win but neither man came out a loser, as the two heroes put on as close to a five star match as you'll find in WWE.

The above image captured a particularly breathless moment, as Zayn completed yet another wonderful sequence with a truly vicious lariat.
