30 Most Inconsequential WWE Titleholders Of All Time

15. Luke Harper - Intercontinental Champion - 27 Days (2014)

When the Wyatt Family disbanded, it was with the idea that Luke Harper would go on to do big things, and do them he did, by defeating Dolph Ziggler on Raw to become the Intercontinental Champion. Nothing became of Harper during his reign; in fact, the only notable thing about Harper€™s reign as champion was that he did not win a single match on television as champion (go ahead and look it up). He lost the belt back to Ziggler in a ladder match at the Tables, Ladders and Chairs Pay Per View. This was when the Intercontinental Championship was involved in a game of hot potato where it changed hands seven times in six months, with Ziggler winning the belt three out of those seven times.
