13. Tragic And Chilling

Close friends Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero hold their respective world championships aloft, having both emerged victorious at WrestleMania XX.

In hindsight, this picture is a heartbreaking and sickening one. Eddie would sadly pass away two years later, but Benoit's story is of course far more horrific.

In 2004 however, the pair's closing celebration at WrestleMania XX was incredibly heartwarming. The sight of two best friends, men often held back in the wrestling industry due to their height, celebrating with WWE's two world championships was very moving. Slightly earlier in the night, Eddie had retained his WWE Championship against a very intense Kurt Angle. Benoit, for his part, had won his first ever world title in a masterful triple threat with Shawn Michaels and Triple H.
