This isn't a 'WTF Moment' in itself - after all, she had to come back at some point (although her Twitter antics were casting a little bit doubt over that certainty). The surprising part of this segment is that commentary don't sell it as a particularly big deal at all. The message given off by Cole, JBL and Saxton was very much "Oh look, it's Lana", despite her status as one of the most over women on the entire roster. And another thing - why did this little backstage preview even take place in the first place? Surely it would have been more effective to book her return in the more traditional sense, by simply hitting her music and allowing her to walk out onstage. Instead, WWE seemed intent on spoiling their own surprise.
