4. More Like It From Shayna Baszler
Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey had a backstage chat several months ago that was quickly forgotten. WWE didn't follow up on it, and instead moved Shayna further into the background again. This week, she popped back up to congratulate Ronda after her win over Emma.
Then, she choked the living f*ck out of Natalya for interrupting.
Right, that should grab some attention from those (including this fan) who don't think Baszler has been used properly on the main roster. Teasing a tag-team run alongside Rousey, then returning to her old NXT ways by viciously attacking folks, is a top spot compared to what Shayna has been doing recently.
There's a match coming between Baszler and Nattie, of course. Fingers crossed WWE do right by Shayna during all of this and don't just give up after a few weeks. If handled correctly, this could be one hell of a tag run and long-term split story.
