Lex Luger's riches-to-rags WrestleMania journey concluded in 1995 a year removed from pretending be a main eventer and a two from still looking like one.

Models with mirrors surrounded him under the Las Vegas sunshine when he was still 'The Narcissist', but he couldn't command half that attention by the time he was wedged into an Allied Powers duo with Davey Boy Smith destined for the bad ideas bin.

The pair got an easy win against 12-foot-tall twins The Blu Brothers to open the show, but the meaningless match spoke to how little Vince McMahon gave a f*ck about Lex. He'd rue his laissez faire attitude later that year.
