1. Birthday Title Shots!?
This is rubbish.
The Dark Order cut a typically-energetic pre-taped promo backstage, and John Silver revealed that he was getting a crack at Miro's hard won TNT Title next week. Why? Well, Tony Khan handed him the chance because it's his birthday soon. That...that was literally it.
Then, as if that wasn't insulting enough to the promotion's "wins and losses matter here" ranking system, Silver turned to Evil Uno, said he was injured and asked his masked pal to take his place. So, it's Uno vs. Miro next week - that's a guy who deserves the TNT Title shot even less than lil' John!
What kind of nonsensical build is this!? Somebody should've popped a hand up backstage and noted that it'd look stupid if any wrestler said they were getting a title shot as a birthday gift. Kinda' undermines all the win-loss records this company try so hard to push.
