Who would’ve thought that a clip-on tie would be the basis for a beatdown?

And who would’ve thought that it would have been hilarious?

Props to Drew Gulak and the Hurt Business for having a legit great exchange on Monday night, with Gulak approaching the stable and offering to join as the 24/7 Champion to bolster its ranks. MVP quickly noticed that Drew didn’t have a pocket square, which he quickly remedied. But then, Bobby Lashley grabbed him to make Gulak leave, only to learn that he was wearing a clip-on tie.

MVP was indignant, berating him for coming to the most stylishly dressed group in WWE without a real tie. Gulak’s excuse about using a clip-on so he could make a fast getaway didn’t win over the Hurt Business, so they stomped him, which then led to R-Truth sneaking in and pinning him to win back the 24/7 title.

And that was the first clever 24/7 title swap in a long time. Of course, it was the first of ten title changes…
