3. That's Gotta Be Kane?!
Another contest with very little build (and the second year in a row Kurt Angle went grossly underserved by the 'Show Of Shows' booking), Kane's battle with the former Olympian was a low key banger that made the best of its low key placement on the card.

Though not quite on par with his Chris Benoit masterclass in 2001 (or emotionally exhausting brawl with Brock Lesnar in 2003), Angle ensured the 'Big Red Machine' looked his best over 11 spirited minutes.
Kane's legacy is largely overstated by WWE - his only singles classic is as much down to the fact he drops Albert with a hurricanrana - but considering the age of the character by this point, 2002 was by far his best year bell-to-bell.
