Poor booking aside, Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss had a really good title match Monday night that closed out Raw really well.

The two women traded pinfall attempts and hit some nice moves, with Bliss nailing a Code Red for a close two-count, and Banks clocking Alexa with a Shining Wizard as part of her comeback. The action kept moving and didn’t really hit any dull spots, which is always a good feature in a title match, especially a main event bout.

Again, booking aside, it was another nice touch to see Nia Jax finally pay off the ongoing friendship between she and Bliss, with Jax dropping the new champ with an electric chair, signaling her intention to win the Raw Women’s Championship.

While we can lament the poor booking of the Boss, give credit for the next challenger immediately stepping up to launch a new program.
