During the celebration, Dolph Ziggler grabs a "Cesaro Section" sign out of the crowd and brings it into the ring. It's visible to the TV audience that the back of the sign says "Hi Dan", with a drawing of a hamburger next to it (for some reason). Cesaro notices this and hilariously decides to turn the sign around for the cameras. Sadly, though, the production team cut this off about a second later, because it's too fun or something.
