5 Cool Things WWE Could Do To Make Mahal Vs. Lesnar Worthwhile

1. Stage A Bullet Club Beatdown

This is by far the most out-there suggestion, but it isn't born out of complete fantasy. Imagine Lesnar and Mahal were embroiled in a surprisingly competitive match. Suddenly, the lights go out. No, it isn't The Undertaker and it's certainly not Bray Wyatt. It's a WWE incarnation of The Bullet Club (obviously without that name).

As AJ Styles, Finn Bálor, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson kicked the bejesus out of both Lesnar and Mahal, the announcers could go crazy wondering what this means for the divide between Raw and SmackDown. On TV going forward, AJ, Finn and company would criticise the WWE agenda (putting faith in part-timers like Brock and jokes like Jinder above them), then warn that others were coming.

The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega wouldn't be part of the package, so WWE would be wise to have a few back-up members. Don't forget that Adam Cole is already on NXT though, and both Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly could slot in if this 'Club' needs numbers.

We're using some creative license there, but then who believed they'd see Styles and Bálor "Too Sweet" one another on WWE pay-per-view at TLC to begin with?
