What a night Kevin Owens had. To start, he had a 20+ minute brutal Last Man Standing match with Dean Ambrose and took a dangerous bump to the outside crashing through a table for the finish. That's quite a feat for the 250+ pounder, but his night didn't end there. He draws number 18 in the Royal Rumble Match and, selling the signs of wear and tear from the show-opener, proceeds to enter the fray and immediately goes after the WWE's newest member of the roster, AJ Styles. The two exchanged right hands for several seconds before Owens gained the upper hand and, much to the chagrin of the Orlando crowd, eliminated The Phenomenal One. Not to be outdone, Sami Zayn then joins the Rumble just two participants later at number 20, and in one of the hotter moments of the match, the two real-life best friends found themselves stealing the spotlight in a WWE Royal Rumble Match. What a moment for those two young men to share and it was well deserved, and well done as the crowd supported Zayn when he tossed his on-screen rival over the top rope and onto the floor, officially ending Kevin Owens' long night. Despite losing both of the matches he was in, Owens was made to look like a star and now has two potential future opponents of which WWE fans seem to be anticipating with great excitement.
