5. Sami Zayn Is Back In Action At Takeover

Everyone€™s been keen to know exactly what€™s happening with Sami Zayn given that he€™s been advertised for the full UK tour and there€™s been vignettes promoting his return on NXT TV. When Triple H was running down the card for Takeover, he confirmed that Zayn will be wrestling at Takeover this coming Wednesday, making it his first televised match since his title match with Kevin Owens at the Takeover: Unstoppable event this past May. There€™s been a lot of speculation on whether the former El Generico will be coming back to NXT full time or making the jump to the main roster. Levesque kept his cards close to his chest when it comes to Zayn€™s future but seemed excited that he would be back in action for the full UK tour including Takeover in London. Zayn actually made his in ring return last night as the NXT tour kicked off in Newcastle as he battled Finn Balor for the NXT Championship. According to reports from the event, Sami was in great shape and had a terrific contest with Balor.
