The Hall of Famer has been revealed as the newest member of IMPACT's on-screen management team, in turn detailing the six participants for the inaugural knockouts Ultimate X match at Hard To Kill. They'll be Lady Frost, Rosemary, Chelsea Green, Tasha Steelz, Rachael Ellering, and the Digital Media Champion, Jordynne Grace.
This will ensure the match is a banger, plus it gets Lady Frost - who only just signed her contract - a chance to get familiar with how IMPACT does things. Given what she did during her match vs. Kimber Lee on last night's Before The IMPACT, she was a must-have for the bout.
Aside from that, though, adding Gail Kim to the management team, regardless of whether it's kayfabe or reality, is a smart move. She's a dab hand to have on television if you can; not only is she a face to attract older viewers, she's typically been perfect in this sort of managerial role. She'll no doubt be outstanding going forward, but only if she retracts from being the default babyface or heel authority figure. Just be in charge. That's all she needs to do.
