If you only watch 10 minutes of wrestling this week, make it the closing stretch of SmackDown.

WWE booked new number one contenders, new tag-team champions, a Bloodline brawl and a reunion for The Usos rapid fire. It was a boom, boom, boom, boom series of events that stacked drama on top of drama, and you really should go out of your way to see it. That ending segment made up for a fairly low key edition overall.

Triple H isn't daft. He knows that Bad Blood's announcement on the Crown Jewel Championships fell flat, but it's a necessary evil to line the coffers and keep Saudi paymasters footing the bill for shows in the country sweet. 'The Game' should be mighty thankful that he has stars as skilled as Cody Rhodes and GUNTHER to keep fans interested though - Nia Jax and Liv Morgan might struggle to do the same next week.

Hunter did tell a little fib during his bit with Randy Orton, and everyone should be scratching their noggins wondering what's going on in the women's division right now. That and a puzzling "Game 7" between Andrade and Carmelo Hayes were the only real negatives coming out of Smackers, to be fair.

Here's all the good and bad!
