4. Going 50/50

The tag-team scene on SmackDown is a bit of a mess right now.

Jey and Jimmy Uso have been moved out of the Universal mix - they're not standing by Roman Reigns' side during his feud with John Cena, and they're heading for a rematch with deposed champs Rey and Dominik Mysterio. That's fine, but the singles bouts WWE have been booking aren't really working.

Last week, Jey helped Jimmy steal a win over Dom. Typically, WWE went 50/50 with the rivalry by having Rey's lad use exactly the same tactics to help his dad score a victory over Jimmy. Hmm. This better not be the only thing creative has in mind for these guys over the next few episodes.

The tag rematch will be good, but there's just something off about all this. Rey and Dominik should've been pinged to the back of the queue after dropping the belts at MITB for a start. That, and the 50/50 stuff, leaves this story struggling.
