There are numerous components to enjoying a good wrestling show or good booking in general, and one of those things is getting to live with your own anticipation and excitement. Tony Khan knows this - he was a fan of countless products that traded in longterm storytelling before becoming a great longterm storyteller in his own right, so he understands the alchemy.

Why, then, is he forcing his biggest ever paid crowd to wait and wait and wait for that feeling?

"The Biggest Event In Wrestling History", like Triple H's aforementioned dig, is a fabulous line because it's as true as it is bombastic. It sounds like absurd promoter-speak but is in fact going to out-WrestleMania WrestleMania in terms of attendance and scale. To have one match on the card 24 days away from the first bell ringing is criminal.

Even if one reviews teases on the show, that number only really increases to about four, and some of those are driven by leaked rumours or fan-casting rather than out-and-out clues dropped on television. It's not unreasonable to want to enjoy the build-up as much as they payoff, and the bulk of the 74,888 (so far) in attendance presumably expected more of it by now.
