3. The Jericho Appreciation Society Vs Top Flight & AR Fox

In quite the twist, Chris Jericho is doing absolutely fine again after losing an eight-week pay-per-view programme that theoretically should have ended on the night it started.

The Jericho Appreciation Society were successful in a win over Top Flight and AR Fox in what was comfortably the drabbest match of the latter trios' run thus. Enjoying himself in a new division, Jericho called out the House Of Black and demanded a title shot for Dynamite's debut in his hometown of Winnipeg next week.

He got what he wanted in the end, but not before The Elite interjected to force a three-way. This wasn't without intrigue - Don Callis swiped the microphone away from Kenny Omega in another tease of their eventual split, and Omega reminding Jericho that they've all kept out of each others' way over the years was an impressive flex of what's not been wasted, but all of that was waved away to get to the cool match graphic after House Of Black teleported in and back out to give the challengers the nod.

It's going to be enormously heated stuff North of the border next week, but that'll make for an electrifying Up then. This middling match and nonsensically-arrived-upon ripper title match doesn't get that benefit.
