4. "Fix This"

AEW

Everybody was outstanding in a backstage vignette that continued Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston's current hostilities, but Renee Paquette's involvement elevated the scene beyond the usual wrestling bluster.

Sick of seeing the pair let their hotheadedness and conflicting motivations get in the way of their obvious bond, she tellingly identified Moxley as the cause and Kingston as the solution. "You need to fix this", she said to 'The Mad King', having previously lost her patience with her husband's bad attitude. Both men were absolutely fantastic delivering their incredibly real-feeling lines, with Moxley yet again showing off his comedic chops when trying to undermine Eddie's longstanding fury with Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta chipping in when he wasn't needed.

Wrestling - from the action in the ring to the necessary drama elsewhere - is best when it feels real, and there are still simply no two realer men in the game than Eddie and Jon.
