Kevin Owens was revealed as Nick Aldis' first major signing as SmackDown GM just last week. WWE's follow up? Have KO conduct a pre-taped sit-down interview with Cathy Kelly that offered literally nothing worthwhile. Seriously, this was a complete and utter waste of time.
Fans don't need some deep dive into who Kev is as a character. He's already established. Also, if you're going to examine his plans for SmackDown over the next few months, then maybe don't shoot yourselves in the foot. Here's an explanation as to how such foot-shooting transpired.
KO spoke passionately about being unhappy he'd been ripped away from Sami Zayn, but then said he's willing to go out on his own as a singles. Offering an idea, Kelly suggested he go after Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, who are an f'n tag team. See the problem there?
