1992 sadly brought nothing but dire disappointment from the doubles division after years of solid 'Show Of Shows' outings over the titles, but the Vince McMahon's battles with the Legion Of Doom had much to do with this piece of sh*t making the show.

Hawk and Animal had lost the tag team titles on a February house show to Ted Dibiase and IRS amidst all sorts of wrangling over results and other disputes, leaving them off this card completely save for an interview segment that reunited them with former manager Paul Ellering. Earthquake and Typhoon slotted in, but this entire match - dirt cheap finish and all - should have just been shunted out.

Jimmy Hart's machiavellian machinations in 1992 saw him bin two teams off in favour of 'Money Inc', but but neither The Nasty Boys nor The Natural Disasters ever really managed the last laugh over the high-dollar duo. Was 'The Mouth Of The South' talking sense all along?
