5 Ups And 7 Downs From WWE Extreme Rules 2015

3. Better Than Expected

No one was expecting a classic from Roman Reigns and Big Show. If Jim Ross was still calling matches, he might use the phrase €œbowling shoe ugly€ in advance just to warn fans. But Reigns and Show turned in a pretty good match, complete with plenty of carnage. There was a great moment early on where Reigns kept grabbing a table and Show shoved it back under the ring, then smashed it to pieces, yelling €œNo table!€ It was a nice little bit between the two. Fans got their money€™s worth with two outstanding spots: Show chokeslamming Reigns from inside the ring through two tables on the floor, and Reigns spearing show off one announce table through another. Even the fans, who have been particularly had on Reigns, were cheering for him by the end. If you had just watched this match, you never would have thought that this was an abysmal, never-ending feud. That€™s a testament to both men€™s performances, but it doesn€™t necessarily make people want to see more. Call it getting lucky that they overcame the previous couple months. Hopefully, this will once and for all be the end of this feud, but something says that Reigns having to stand on top of a table to hold Show down for a 10 count means it isn€™t over yet.
