5 WWE Moments You Only Saw If You Watched Live

5. Swagger's Struggle

Ladder matches can be a nightmare for wrestlers, no more so than when they have to unhook the belt in front of an arena full of unforgiving fans, with their hands absolutely dripping in sweat.

This was a lesson that Jack Swagger learned the hard way at WrestleMania XXVI. He had been penciled in to win Money in the Bank, so beginning his ascent up the SmackDown card, but he couldn't for the life of him figure out how to free the briefcase.

The All-American American eventually managed to get it down, ending what - next to the ear-bashing he presumably received from Vince McMahon after returning to the back - must have been the most nerve-wracking 10 or 15 seconds of his life.

Owing to the fact that modern-day WWE now has more camera angles than ever, subsequent versions of the event would show a much smoother ending, with Swagger simply climbing the ladder and snatching the briefcase the moment he reached its peak.
