10. The NXT Call-Up Conundrum

For all NXT has been the jewel in the WWE crown for over half of the decade, the speed at which the black-and-gold stars go from kings to paupers on the main roster undermines the entire operation.
It's genuinely easier to name those that have made a success of things than not at this point, and even those have typically had to see their initial incarnations torn up ahead of a Vince McMahon rebuild. It echoes the what occured for most of the WCW arrivals post-2001, only these were WWE's to begin with.

NXT's move to Wednesday has hopefully put paid to the entire concept - it's just a shame it came too late for The War Raiders not to be memes before they were monsters.
