The best-booked act of the decade may still not quite yet achieved separately what they managed together, but that's precisely why this isn't an entry on the singles runs of either Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins or the recently-departed Dean Ambrose.

Individually they were sensations hamstrung by bad booking. As a unit, they were immune to its perils. "Believe In The Shield" was their mantra but it was an incredibly easy instruction to follow - fans back winners and these three smashed the f*ck out of any poor losers put in front of them.

With the 'Hounds Of Justice', it all felt real. Every struggle they shared, every fight they won. As heels they were unstoppable terrors, as babyfaces gutsy warlords. The adoration never dipped for the crew post-split, with every reunion shaking the ground as much as the last. With the trio now split across WWE and AEW, one can only fantasise about the day they ride again.
