Launched in 2011, the Be A STAR Campaign encourages schoolchildren to show tolerance and respect, promoting an anti-bullying message. Numerous WWE superstars have participated in the program, informing kids that even they were bullied growing up. Its a very positive message for children and schools to take to heart. As Michelle Beadle said in her post, Its hard to sell a message of anti-bullying while slapping the ultimate bully on the back. It makes it a little tougher to walk into a school and say that bullying is wrong while your companys EVP is backing a guy convicted of bullying and beating women and then getting paid at least $100 million for this bout. This isnt like WWE running a storyline with a bully (think Ryback last year or Sheamus now) or a misogynist, its real life.A man who commits domestic abuse is a bully by definition, and the worst kind one that resorts to physical bullying.
