A short vignette showed a character sporting a fancy ring jacket signing their NXT UK contract, with the name Blair Davenport shown at the bottom. Blair Davenport, for those who didn't immediately take to Twitter upon seeing the segment, is seemingly Bea Priestley.
Priestley heading to WWE has been a forgone conclusion for a good while now, ranging all the way back to her departures from both New Japan and Stardom. The 'E seemed the only right destination for her, given her track record everywhere else. Your writer isn't particularly keen on the new name, but that's rarely the case for indie darlings heading to WWE (see: Dezmond Xavier to Wes Lee).
She'll make for another cracking addition to an already stacked NXT UK women's division.
