6 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE NXT UK (Nov 7)
3. Stunt Queen
Toni Storm and Dakota Kai's short Hour Two clash was the best women's match from this brand so far, with the focus on rising star Storm not lost despite Kai's game comebacks against the Mae Young Classic 2018 winner.
Though brief, the contest got winner and loser alike over, and provided the perfect place for Jinny to make her own devastating debut.
Her post-match assault on Kai was a b*stard's trick, but at least gave the league a sense of direction when absolutely none seems forthcoming. You wouldn't know it from the television show, but there's already a champion in-situ - are WWE at any point going to mention this, or mention/screen how the Champion took the title in the first place?
This scattershot start speaks to some of the disorganisation around the entire project, but shouldn't count against Storm, Kai, Jinny or the others that have gamely put their best feet forward despite the total lack of company direction.
