Nobody else on the planet could carry SmackDown's opening segment like The Rock did. He entered another stunning heel performance, albeit one that had some surprising babyface tweaks due to the location and the live crowd. It was a masterful showing, so it won't surprise anybody to see that segment firmly housed in the 'Ups' section here.

It wasn't alone. Not by a long shot.

Triple H got busy on adding fresh wrinkles to several WrestleMania matches. Bayley vs. IYO SKY scored the main event focus, two hardworking favourites finally have a one-on-one bout confirmed, and WWE continued padding the field for that bumper multi-team ladder match too.

How about the negatives? Well, the United States Title scene still isn't cutting it for this writer. Some may feel differently, and that's fine, but something about the whole situation feels...off. Elsewhere, a brotherly battle that should be bigger has been relegated to blink-and-you'll-miss-it skits, and there are genuine fears for another midcarder.

WWE naturally has a lot to juggle heading into April, so some stuff is going to suffer. Generally though, things look really positive heading into the final push for 'Mania.
