6 Ups & 4 Downs From The NEW WWE Network
3. The Future Is Now
NXT has long deserved its own section beyond being buried within an ungainly "In-Ring" tab as it used to be, not least since the new Network at last makes better use of the Raw and SmackDown archives.
Positioned with similar prestige as the "A" and "B" shows, NXT now sits alongside the red and blue brands as it may one day do on Network television if rumours of its potential growth over the next few years are to be believed.
Beyond where it lives on the landing page itself, credit must also be given for how tidy the location looks. NXT remains something of a niche concern for many fans, but this could well open up the black-and-gold brand to a far wider audience - this in turn could well aid the future talent themselves when they make the jump. An engaged audience is an informed one, not least when they're paying a tenner a month for the privalege.
