1. Is She Or Isn’t She?
Right, someone needs to explain what's going on with Charlotte Flair.
Technically, she's still a babyface who thinks she's doing the world some service by repeatedly showing up to win titles. Often, Charlotte acts like a heel during promos though. Her appearance on the Grayson Waller Effect was so smarmy, condescending and all-round unlikeable that it'd be a nightmare if anyone in the back thought this was effective baby work.
Secondly, Flair saying she's a champion whether she has a title around her waist of not doesn't exactly work. Why's she so bothered about going after Asuka's belt then? Hell, if you're a champ just for showing up, then you don't even need a title. That line should've been cut from the promo.
There was an upside to Grayson Waller's latest talk show, but it didn't come from Charlotte. Somebody in creative needs to stick a hand up, say "cut the sh*t" and suggest Flair going full-blown heel. She's much more effective in that role and always will be.
