Making a name for both the jobber-for-hire and herself in her new role on SmackDown, Lacey Evans looked like a total piece of sh*t in this charmingly inventive spin on a typical television squash.

Ostensibly ducking out of the match due to not wanting to waste her energy on the enhancement talent, Evans cruelly revealed her ruse via a sharp shot to Connors' face for the win. The flash Women's Right looked class, Evans looked anything but, and this segment had to be considered an objective success story for all involved.

The endgame is a little trickier to process - the 'Sassy Southern Belle' was poison in her role as Number One Contender against Becky Lynch, whilst SmackDown is starving for heroes rather than villains. Her quasi-babyface turn alongside Natalya two weeks ago has already been stricken from the record, so expect diminished return results such as these as the company tries to re-slot the pieces ahead of WrestleMania.
