7. Better Lucky Than Good
Oh hey, remember those nine times Nia Jax put Lana through a table? Well, two full months later, the Ravishing Russian got her revenge.
Only, “revenge” means enduring a bunch of physical abuse, gain the upper hand because Nia is a bull in a china shop, and essentially benefit from the heel slipping on a banana peel. Jax was firmly in control in their tables match on Monday, hitting two powerbombs out of the gate, but somehow Lana was able to continue competing, evading a couple of attacks, including a leg drop on the apron that somehow immobilized Nia.
Lana then shoved Jax through a propped-up table for the “epic” win, getting a modicum of revenge well after the story demanded it. And let’s not forget: There was a perfect vehicle for Lana to do the same thing at the TLC PPV, when they could have booked a tables match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
