Had all been well in the world this past weekend would have been the shining jewel in NXT's already quite garish crown, as it headed into WrestleMania weekend as a genuine bonafide TV show for the very first time. While the brand doesn't have its own annual showpiece, the event that normally proceeded 'Mania is where they do their best work.

Not to be though, and as last week gave us the tiniest morsel of what we should have got at Tampa Bay, this week was promising both the main course of Ciampa/Gargano 15, and the incredible buffet of delights of the 6-Woman Ladder Match. We'd seen over the weekend that if the quality was there then the fact the fans weren't didn't bite too hard, but did NXT have the momentum to make it work.

Well, it is, so here's what we made of it.

Oh, and before we start, let me just say while there are only 2 downs this week, it's hard to argue that they don't grossly outweigh the Ups...
