4. Wyatt Losing His Mind
For years, we’ve endured countless meandering promos from Bray Wyatt that don’t really mean anything. He’s been cheered, booed and met with blatant apathy.
But now, someone has come along who is just as weird as him, and Woken Matt Hardy is getting cheered like crazy. And Bray can’t stand it.
Wyatt launched into a promo Monday asking fans what is it about Hardy that causes them to cheer for him. He wondered if it was his childish laugh (immediately mocking it) or his faces (which he then made). You could see Bray beside himself that the Woken One is getting a ton of attention while the Eater of Worlds struggles to maintain his flock.
It’s an interesting little dynamic in this ongoing war of words, and it is accomplishing something years of promos have failed to do: add depth to Bray Wyatt.
