4. Moon Continues To Rise

In an example of smart booking, WWE has been careful to bring Ember Moon along well, giving her her second pinfall victory over Alexa Bliss on Monday.

Moon chased off Mickie James before turning the tide against the former Raw Women’s Champion, hitting an Eclipse for the 1-2-3. There was a great moment at the end when Bliss tried to roll her up with a handful of tights, and after Ember kicked out, she glared at Alexa and screamed at her for trying to cheat, then toppled her moments later.

Ember has remained undefeated on Raw, and beating the former champ definitely doesn’t hurt. It’s clear WWE wants Ember to be a top contender in the division, and the undersized Bliss actually can afford to lose a match like that and build herself back up.

It would be even better if the company really let Moon shine in the ring and help her build a bigger following, but we’ll take this for now.
