Another week, another round of Roman the Aggrieved.

After making his entrance to rousing boos – or “What a reaction,” according to Corey Graves, the anointed crowd apologist – Roman Reigns got into a back-and-forth with Stephanie McMahon, where the Raw commissioner told him to calm down, but he lost his opportunity at Money in the Bank.

Announcer Michael Cole made sure to tell us that Roman believes he’s getting shafted (no, seriously) by management, which has it in for him, and he’s the uncrowned WWE Universal champion.

Once again, none of that is really resonating. Repeating over and over that management screwed Reigns over when it hasn’t overtly been done doesn’t make Roman a sympathetic character, no matter how much Cole says it.
