And a 2-of-3-falls match between them on Raw Monday night just didn’t work. At all. It didn’t help that the first two falls – which Elias and Miz split – came rapidly, with Miz getting a Skull-Crushing Finale seconds into the bout, and then Elias hitting Drift Away just a couple minutes into the second fall.

The third fall came after some moderate action, ending when Elias rammed his knee into the post, allowing Miz to get the Figure Four for the tap-out.
