Dolph Zigger solidified his much-needed heel turn Sunday by taking out Kalisto before his 2-on-1 handicap match, then afterward proceeded to attack both the luchador and Apollo Crews. Dolph took it a step further when he grabbed a steel chair and Pillmanized Crews’ ankle twice. Destroying an opponent’s ankle like that is something that is missing from heels these days – you don’t really see it all too often – and it instantly gave Ziggler more of a hardened edge.

Sure, the conniving heel bit didn’t work entirely beforehand, with Kalisto recovering and factoring into the finish of the match, but in this aspect, Dolph played his part well.
