6. Taya Valkyrie Vs. AAA

This is both the most recent wrestling screwjob and the one that inspired this list.

Mexican promotion AAA continues a streak of bad PR regarding talent relationships, after chasing off Fenix and Pentagon Jr. in battles over their trademarks. (Hence why they're now known as Rey Fenix and Penta El 0M on the indies.)

The Reina de Reinas champion Taya Valkyrie (aka Taya on Lucha Underground) won the title months ago in a street fight. But she was stripped of the belt two weeks ago, ostensibly for using a choke (in a DQ match)! The belt was then handed over to the returning Sexy Star.

So how did AAA get their hands on the belt? Well, they conned her fiance -- and current triple champion Johnny Mundo, holder of the AAA Mega, AAA Latin American, and AAA Cruiserweight championships -- into delivering the title to them, believing that they needed it for a photo shoot.

Not only did this lead to Taya quitting the company, but it also put their upcoming Triplemania event in jeopardy, as they've p**sed off the guy holding three of their titles.
